Productive Argenteuil Asparagus germinates in 14-56 days when soil temps are 75-85°F. Plant 1/2 deep and space 12 apart in an area with full sun. This variety will grow up to 3 tall with a spread of 1-2. Asparagus is slow to mature and you will get a good harvest in 2-3 years. Plant in USDA zones 4-9.
