Easy to adjust: a steel rail serrated on both sides makes it easier to adjust the span by acting as a slip protection.
Easy to use: due to the hollow profile of the steel rail, there is a lower friction resistance for the clamping jaw when adjusting the screw clamp.
Stable/scratch-proof: the clamping jaws made in malleable cast iron are particularly stable, and plastic is attached to the contact surfaces to protect scratch-sensitive surfaces.
Recommendation: When gluing and working on visible surfaces, an allowance such as a wood residue or a sturdy cardboard should always be placed on the contact surfaces. Result: more even pressure and no pressure points on the workpiece. (Item No. 928520)
