SIZING: Measure around your lower bicep in inches. The lower bicep should be measured 3 up from the middle of your elbow joint. Make sure your arm is relaxed and at your side. (S: 7-9) (M: 9-11) (L: 11-13) (XL: 13-15) (XXL: 15-17) (3XL: 17-19) If in doubt or in between sizes, go with the larger size.
