A very smooth drinking dark China tea with the complex flavours and aromas unique to Pu’er
Puer Brews to dark black-brown tea. You can enjoy black or with a splash of milk which some find draws out further flavours.
Puer contains some lovastatin, which controls cholesterol. Some studies suggest it may also lower certain blood fats.
Enough caffeine for a boost to the mind and body. Zero calories when drunk black.
Brew hot at 90 degrees C for 1 – 5 minutes. No chance of bitterness like some green teas
