Important Notes for Optimal Performance:
- To prevent scratches, the stainless steel body is covered with a protective film. Remove it after unpacking if desired.
- Use a sugar content of at least 13% with sucrose or 22% with maltose. Allow the machine to settle for 24 hours after delivery before first use.
- When making cocktails, ensure alcohol content doesn’t exceed 7 degrees.
