Durable, thick, breathable baking mat: can be reused up to 1000 times
Concept air system: the dough can breathe during baking, does not collapse and gets an even and bubble-free edge. Very temperature resistant: can be used from -76 °C to +260 °C.
Do not use for damp or liquid dough
Suitable for use in the oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher
Can be combined with a perforated aluminium baking tray for optimal baking of the dough.
