Using these to annotate books. They looked like translucent but when you actually put one on the book it was super clear.
It can be works for reminders on added to-do list.

They are plastic not paper, after a while the film will start to scratch off. Still pretty useful if you rented your textbooks and wanted to annotate using clear notes
If you worried about them smudgingyou can used a regular ball point pen
They are not completely clear but slightly frosted.
They are so cute and vibrant and you can still see the words through them, which makes it so much easier!
These are just like the name brand ones that pop up. They stick very well and made it easier to tab places to sign on the contracts.
